The actual physical work that has been completed at this stage is worth $400. You have already spent $1000 on the project . what is the CPI?

B. 0.5
C. 4.0
D. 0.4

Although I can't choose the right answer at the first time, I realize the right answer.
回覆刪除If you can't choose the answer, you don't recongnize EV/PV/AC in this test.
total planned cost is PV is 500.
actual work is EV is 400.
already spent is AC is 1000.
so
CPI = EV/AC = 400/1000 = 0.4
SPI = EV/PV = 400/500 = 0.8
this project is behind schedule and over budget.
