specification = scope statement ?
hello,
I have a question. In electrical industry, there is a important document, product specification.
Does specification equal to the scpoe statement? or just part of it?

Product specification should be part of the scope statement since this document stats the work and condition that proejct need to plan and implement. You may look at the content of scope statement and will find out more section needed to address through the statement creation such as project requirements, constraint, assumption, risks and so on.
回覆刪除Again, Project scope is saying all tasks needed to do in order to deliver the product.
