Why we only have the answer of "Mandatory Dependencies" ....

我認為題目的第一段"..., conflicting priorities from other projects has delayed the finish by two weeks. "是煙霧，障眼法，和第二段"The schedule shows that the next task is to define the requirements needed by the customer, then that is followed by the coding. This is a example of what?" 無關。而define requireemnts 和coding是專案工作上的順序，屬於硬邏輯(hard logic)，根據PMBOK定義，應該是Mandatory dependency.-- 以上是我的想法。
